Our mission is to support Title I schools in the Houston area by providing overstock supplies from local companies.
So far, we have collected over $20k in classroom essentials and donated to 80+ schools!
Our Goal: A world where teachers won't have to pay out-of-pocket for classroom essentials
Beyond our donations, we have partnered with Community of Resources Houston and are collaborating with Spring Education Foundation and Harris County Department of Education!
We have also worked with HISD trustees like Maria Benzon, and we have helped campaign for candidates! These candidates have won their districts, and we will continue to fight against budget cuts.

Nathan Hadi is a senior at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory. After fighting with nosebleeds and constant allergies, he knew how important tissues were to him. When he attended Strake Jesuit, he realized that private schools had much more resources than public schools (even well-funded public schools). He went to Lanier Middle School, and he saw this disparity, which inspired him to create XcesstoSuccess.
Nathan Hadi has also recruited volunteers from school, Church, and his community. Nathan wants to build a world where every student doesn't have to worry about tissues!
Fun Fact: Whenever Nathan got a nosebleed or had a runny nose in middle school, he'd sprint across school to use the restroom. When he realized he didn't have to do this at Strake Jesuit, it was at this moment that XcesstoSuccess was founded!
